We are expanding and looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to recruit, manage, and optimize partnerships that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit & Expand the Affiliate Network – Identify, onboard, and nurture 60-70 new affiliate partners annually.Manage & Optimize Existing Partners – Strengthen relationships with top affiliates, ensuring engagement and performance growth.Develop Revenue-Driven Strategies – Create and execute data-driven plans to increase affiliate success and drive high-quality leads.Own the Process – Work independently to establish structure, reporting, and execution plans.Track & Report Performance – Analyze affiliate revenue, optimize commission structures, and recommend improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

Affiliate Marketing Experience – Proven experience managing affiliate programs, partnerships, or business development.B2B Relationship Skills – Ability to build trust, negotiate deals, and drive results with affiliate partners.Highly Organized & Self-Sufficient – Can create and manage their own structure and execution plan without daily oversight.Performance-Driven – Comfortable working with revenue-based goals and incentives.Analytical & Strategic Thinker – Strong understanding of ROI, lead generation, and affiliate program metrics.Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and social media for outreach.

What We Offer at Horizon Trust:
