Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Production Coordinator to join our dynamic production team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our apparel production process runs smoothly by coordinating with internal teams and overseas factories, tracking critical pre-production milestones, and maintaining accurate records throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with the design team to gather trim sheets and distribute them to relevant vendors and factories.

•Oversee and manage the color standard and approval process for all components.

•Assist in tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and received quantities using internal systems.

•Create and maintain accurate cost sheets for various styles and production runs.

•Serve as a liaison between the production team and overseas factories (especially Vietnam ), ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

•Support the production management team with daily tasks and correspondence.

•Utilize AIMS or similar systems to enter and maintain data related to production tracking.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel industry.

•Strong knowledge of pre-production and manufacturing processes, especially in Vietnam and CMPT operations.

•Proficiency in AIMS or similar ERP systems.

•Excellent organizational and communication skills.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
