Graphic Design Specialist

The opportunity

TechnologyAdvice is growing, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our Creative Team as a Graphic Design Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams—including Content, Sales, Marketing, and Product—to create compelling visual assets for both internal and customer-facing campaigns. Your expertise in design, branding, and multimedia storytelling will help elevate our brand presence across a diverse portfolio of websites, marketing initiatives, and branded communications.

What you'll do

• Creative Execution – Design and deliver high-impact, digital-first collateral, including web pages, videos, social media graphics, email banners, infographics, presentations, advertising assets, and eBooks.
• Visual Storytelling – Blend photography, imagery, charts, and multimedia elements to craft engaging materials that build brand trust and awareness.
• Illustration & Iconography – Develop custom illustrations, icons, and graphic elements that enhance brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Concept & Sketching – Translate ideas into rough sketches and polished illustrations to support campaigns, digital assets, and editorial content.
• User-Centered Design – Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journeys to inform design decisions.
• UX/UI Strategy – Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to support digital product design, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Brand Consistency – Uphold and evolve brand standards, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual communication.
• Feedback & Optimization – Incorporate customer insights, usage metrics, and usability findings to refine designs for maximum effectiveness.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong and diverse portfolio across various media.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Acrobat) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong illustration skills with experience in developing original graphics, icons, and vector assets.
• Experienced in balancing user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility in design projects.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong conceptual abilities and a keen eye for branding.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptive, curious, and solutions-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
