We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help manage and optimize our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative briefing and trafficking, combined with the analytical skills needed to evaluate performance, identify trends, and uncover optimization opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Brief Development:

-Collaborate with marketing teams to draft comprehensive creative briefs that align with campaign goals and strategies.

-Serve as the liaison between the marketing and creative teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and objectives.

Creative Management:

-Manage and track creative requests to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

-Oversee the trafficking of creative assets across multiple vendors and platforms.

-Maintain an organized library of creative assets for efficient retrieval and use.

A/B Testing Setup and Analysis:

-Plan and execute A/B tests for creative assets across various campaigns and channels.

-Ensure proper setup, tracking, and attribution for all tests.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

-Analyze the performance of creative assets using marketing analytics tools, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.

-Provide actionable insights to improve creative effectiveness and campaign ROI.

-Create detailed reports summarizing test results, performance metrics, and recommended actions.

-Collaboration and Optimization:

-Partner with designers, copywriters, and media teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives and audience needs.

-Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance creative strategies based on data-driven insights.

Vendor and Platform Coordination:

-Work with external vendors and media partners to ensure proper delivery and implementation of creative assets.

-Monitor the performance of assets across different platforms and recommend adjustments as needed.

-Help with deploying and optimizing paid media efforts.

Qualifications:

-Experience: 3–5 years of experience in creative briefing, trafficking, or marketing operations, with exposure to campaign analytics.

Technical Skills:

-Familiarity with creative management and trafficking tools.

-Proficiency in analytics platforms for analyzing creative performance.

-Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools.

Creative Acumen:

-Strong understanding of creative production workflows and requirements.

-Ability to draft detailed and effective creative briefs.

Analytical Skills:

-Proficient in interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for creative optimization.

-Experience in tracking and reporting on key creative performance metrics.

Project Management:

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills:

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience working with creative and media teams in a digital or performance marketing environment.

-Familiarity with audience segmentation and creative personalization strategies.

Salary: $65 - $70K

Pay Range
$65,000$70,000 USD

Our 401(k) program offers full, part-time and temporary employees the opportunity to contribute 1% - 80% of their pay on a pre-tax basis to TEGNA’s 401(k). Contributions made up to the first 4% of pay are eligible for a 100% match from the company and are 100% vested from day one.

Regardless of participation in TEGNA medical plans, ALL employees and their eligible family members receive nine free virtual doctor’s appointments with a physician through Teladoc, and 12 free annual therapy sessions with a licensed clinician through Spring Health.

TEGNA offers a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit as well as nine paid holidays per year.
