Job Description:    

Day to Day Work:   

• Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment.  

• Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, inventory control and the associated paperwork.   

• Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local team.     

Requested Skills:      

• Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus     

• Excellent communication skills.      

• Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.     

• Specific Server and Storage training will be provided     

• Learn and retain proprietary processes. 

• Must have HANDS ON Smart Hands experience in data center, knowledge on router and switches, break-fix on Dell Equipment.  

• Help/support desk is not qualified skills for this role.   

• A+ Certified only! 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Payrate: $24.74hr
