Overview


As an Elevated Lifestyle Concierge Specialist, you will be assisting some of our most important members at Ten, including top entrepreneurs, leaders in the worlds of business, sport, and entertainment, and ultimately our corporate client’s most valued customers. You will be expected to grow and retain their loyalty by delivering World Class service to this highly significant and expectant group of members, ensuring every individual is able to truly live their life x Ten. 

 When assisting members, you will quickly and easily create connections, build strong relationships, and deliver a seamless, tailored, valued and responsive experience every time. You will take a lead role in continually improving how we match the wants and needs of both them and their family, role modelling your passion for service quality and delivery. You will also have a strong personal desire to consistently exceed your key performance indicators and for your own development, being determined to succeed and eager to take on the next challenge - or add the next set of skills to your already formidable arsenal. 

 You will be invested in keeping a keen and intimate understanding of our service offering, enjoying collaboration with colleagues as together you effectively and creatively offer a rich and diverse experience to members. Bringing Ten’s service to life in a manner personalized to each unique individual will be key to ensuring that they’re gaining as much value as they can from their membership, and they grow into true advocates of our service. 

 

Key responsibilities

Personal Management and Development

  • Manage your time and workload efficiently to deliver top-quality service on time and exceed performance expectations.
  • Take ownership of your performance, recognizing your strengths and working on areas for improvement.
  • Engage in meetings and team activities, sharing your expertise, offering support, and helping colleagues grow.
  • Give and encourage constructive feedback to foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay committed to personal growth, with a passion for learning and development.

Specialist Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with key developments in your field and use dedicated time with specialist teams to enhance your skills.
  • Participate in team activities and events to deepen your expertise and grow in your specialty.

Service Quality

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding member needs, striving for excellence, and working with colleagues to improve best practices.
  • Create smooth, personalized, and responsive experiences that go beyond member expectations in every interaction.
  • Recognize areas for improvement, analyze feedback, and provide solutions to enhance long-term service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a ‘can do, will do’ mindset, willing to get whatever is needed done and creatively solve problems, even when faced with ambiguity, uncertainty, and change
  • You have a strong sense of empathy and the ability to build meaningful connections and trust with both colleagues and members
  • You have a high degree of natural ownership in everything you do; it all counts to you – and you finish what you start
  • You are able to work within/handle pressure situations and possess strong resilience skills
  • You are deeply committed to delivering an exceptional VIP customer experience, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:

  • Located in the United Kingdom
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
