Summer Internship - Customer Service

Location: Needham, MA [Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site]

Biena is looking for a Customer Service Summer Intern to join our team. This person will assist the Operations team in Customer Order entry activities, as well as supporting shipment coordination tasks for our key customers. Biena’s culture is collaborative, team-oriented, and fun. And there are plenty of free snacks!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify customer orders to process accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete routing transactions and provide Logistics Partners with accurate shipment data
• Assist Customer Service Manager with customer recordkeeping
• Assist Marketing and Operations teams with the organization of product samples and materials
• Work on ad-hoc projects
