At Ten Lifestyle Group, we help our members live their lives to the fullest. From sourcing rare experiences to unlocking last-minute reservations, our Membership Team goes above and beyond. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Private Lifestyle Assistant to support our high-performing Personal Membership Managers and help shape the luxury journeys of some of the world’s most influential individuals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support our Personal Membership Managers by completing time-intensive research and handling last-minute member requests.
  • Source and update the most exciting events, cultural happenings, and restaurant openings across London and the UK.
  • Maintain key resources like our Trusted Supplier Directory and Special Experiences portfolio.
  • Work cross-functionally with our dining, ticketing, and proposition teams to ensure a world-class service offering.
  • Join daily team briefings, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape exceptional member experiences from behind the scenes.

Who You Are

  • You are based in the United Kingdom, and have the relevant work authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom.
  • You may be a recent graduate or have up to 1–2 years’ experience in a lifestyle, hospitality, concierge or luxury client support role.
  • You have a natural curiosity for luxury travel, dining, arts, and cultural trends.
  • You’re well-organised, proactive, and always thinking two steps ahead.
  • You write and speak with polish, professionalism, and personality.
  • You’re excited to be part of a global business that sets the bar in luxury service.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :

  • Located in United Kingdom
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join. We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
