Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of the music streaming platform.
• Record and document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• A genuine passion for music and familiarity with streaming platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
