Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to emergency calls from German-speaking clients in need of roadside assistance.
• Evaluate the circumstances and provide clear guidance and support to clients experiencing distress.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure prompt dispatch of assistance.
• Document all interactions accurately, and follow up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver empathetic and professional customer support, prioritizing client needs.
• Stay informed about company services, policies, and updates related to roadside assistance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service processes and boost customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an emergency or assistance role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote setting.
