Technical Support Engineer II
Tenable, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class support for their products while collaborating with a talented team.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams.
- Analyze and clarify customer technical inquiries.
- Recreate customer software issues in a lab environment.
- Maintain knowledge of Tenable products and information security best practices.
- Create and publish solution knowledge for customer use.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
