General Extraction Team Member

The General Extraction Team Member will be responsible for helping carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, assisting in extraction, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment, while adhering to all company and industry standards.

• Maintain and clean extraction equipment and spaces strictly adhering to all company and industry procedures
• Assist the Head Processor, Assistant Head Processor, and Extraction Technicians with all supportive tasks associated with the extraction and refinement of cannabis, focusing on preparatory duties that allow workflow and production to continue smoothly  
• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Utilize and maintain equipment as required by the department; report any equipment problems immediately
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with SOP and QA sanitation standards, and keep the floor clear of debris and spills 
• Safely handle hazardous materials such as butane, propane, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc.
• Accurately use laboratory equipment to measure ingredients and record all necessary data related to those measurements
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to work with bleach and Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and other hazardous chemicals
• Must be able to work with delicate precision and strong attention to detail
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet minimum quality and production metrics
• Dress and groom per company policy including hair restraint requirements
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 or more pounds 

Full Time Hourly; 1st shift, Flex Start time; Weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary. Must be able to work up to a 12-hour shift when necessary. Full benefits and great growth opportunities.
