Pay / Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $30.45/hr (entry-level) – $44.24/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
+$4.50/hr for night shifts
+$1.50/hr for weekend shifts
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Med-Surg RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide care to post-surgical and medically ill patients within a 63-bed unit, maintaining a 5-6:1 nurse-patient ratio. Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Performing and documenting accurate patient assessments
Educating patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery
Administering medications and monitoring for effectiveness or adverse reactions
Collaborating with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members
Advocating for patient safety and well-being
Maintaining complete and accurate medical records
Experience:
1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required
LTAC or Rehab nurses with acute care background may be considered
Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
NIH Stroke Scale required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Shifts Available: Days or Nights (rotating weekends)
