Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate will assist the marketing team in driving our social media strategy on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. In this role, you will create viral-worthy videos, manage our editorial calendar, respond to comments and messages, track analytics and develop exciting social media campaigns. 

The right candidate is a social media savvy professional with a strong passion for digital marketing and content creation. 

• Create graphics, videos and written content for all social media platforms 
• Plan, manage and schedule all social media content in the Editorial Calendar  
• Create ad hoc social media content for current trends, events and announcements 
• Create viral videos on TikTok and Reels 
• Create content that promotes audience interaction and participation 
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media 
• Track success with monthly social media reports  
• Stay on top of current trends, tools and opportunities on social media 
• Create longform content for the blog, website and email campaigns as needed 
• Assist marketing team with campaigns and events 

• A strong passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms  
• 1-2 years of experience in social media 
• A proven ability to grow online audiences and engagement 
• Experience creating viral videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels 
• Ability to understand historical, current and future trends in the digital content and social media space 
• Experience copywriting and copy-editing for digital platforms 
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask 
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines 
• Ability to create content with a cohesive brand voice  
• A drive to learn and push the boundaries with new ideas
