Who We are Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic marketing and communications leader to drive and elevate our marketing function. This role is critical in shaping the firm’s brand narrative, driving engagement across key client and stakeholder groups, and aligning our marketing and communications strategy with broader business goals.

You will lead a small but high-impact team, working closely with senior leadership, product heads, and compliance to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings both strategic clarity and executional discipline—someone who can shape the direction of our brand and deliver measurable business results quickly.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the global marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives across markets and product verticals.
• Elevate and steward the QCP brand across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance.
• Develop and execute client acquisition and retention campaigns tailored to institutional audiences.
• Create or refine existing frameworks to track performance, ROI, and engagement metric.
• Partner closely with sales, product, and executive teams to support go-to-market strategies and thought leadership.
• Ensure marketing efforts remain complaint with relevant regulations across jurisdictions.
• Drive PR, content digital, and event strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

• At least 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership—ideally in finance, fintech, or B2B services.
• Proven ability to develop high-impact strategies and deliver measurable results.
• Hands on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Exceptional speaking and writing capabilities in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work.
