Join Our Dynamic Team as a Inside Sales Agent!

At Teya, we're on a mission to bring our customers a modern combined payment solution to help them grow their business. As a Inside Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey by managing inbound leads from our marketing campaigns as well as actively reaching out to our valued Storyous portfolio to introduce them to our cutting-edge payment terminal solution, and diving into other exciting remote business development initiatives. 

You won't be tackling these challenges alone. Join our friendly team of six, led by our always committed cross-fit enthusiast, Honza. His motto is “Discipline equals freedom,” his role model is Jocko Willink, and he will make sure you become the best version of yourself. Together as a team, we will tackle obstacles, fine-tune our sales pitch, and optimize our processes daily. Expect lively discussions, brainstorming sessions, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and innovation. 

Every day will bring new challenges, but fear not - we thrive on pushing boundaries and our competitive spirit extends beyond borders. As part f our routines, we will benchmark our telesales results against other Teya teams in the UK, Hungary, Croatia, and Iceland. We're not just aiming to be good; we're striving to be the best. 

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

  • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt 
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
  • Being fluent in Czech language and advanced in English is necessary.
