IT Desktop Support

Our client, a large IT Company , is seeking to hire an IT Desktop Support professional.

Candidates should be immediately available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user-reported issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and repair, including troubleshooting printers and other peripherals.
• Assist with account management, software installations, and system upgrades.
• Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles for commonly encountered issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members on larger projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technology and software tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, including Active Directory management.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Having experience in Outlook/office 365.
• Audio and Video conference support
• IT asset management experience
• Good knowledge on ITIL Process
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
