Responsibilities

  • Assist American Express customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about American Express products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

  • No prior experience in financial services necessary; however, a genuine interest in customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and a reliable internet connection for remote working.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
