Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and card benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions in the system accurately for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred; however, a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
