Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with car rental inquiries and bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to their rentals, including modifications and cancellations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on car rental policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A friendly and professional attitude towards customers.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
