Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with Cisco products and services.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding product functionality, resolving technical issues, and guiding customers through solutions.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met and feedback is communicated effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive company culture and customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a technical or IT environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with Cisco products and services would be advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service platforms and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by customer demand.
