Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings, services, and industry trends relevant to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and diplomatically.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
