Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Czech for clients in the financial services sector.
  • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on financial products and services, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial products and regulations is a plus.
