Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries concerning banking services, transactions, and account management.
• Resolve client complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Provide guidance on banking products and services tailored to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and new offerings to provide accurate assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or a banking environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively in a remote work setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Experience with banking software and customer management systems is advantageous.
