Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and efficiently resolve issues they may encounter.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
• Document customer interactions accurately for compliance and quality assurance.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the technology or FinTech sectors.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a diverse customer base.
• Experience in utilizing customer feedback to enhance service delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is advantageous.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to excel in a remote working environment.
