Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to clients in Dutch and English.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding smoke-free products and services promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's website and utilizing online resources effectively.
  • Resolve product-related issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues.
  • A passion for smoke-free initiatives and a commitment to promoting healthier lifestyle choices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends as required.
