In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our Dutch-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our diverse range of products and services. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
• Educate customers on product features and provide guidance for optimal usage.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups on resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of Dutch-language support documentation and resources.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution to confirm their satisfaction with our services.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills aimed at maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• A foundational understanding of technology products and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
