Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through our online chat platform, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed product information.
• Assist customers with order-related questions, tracking, and returns in an efficient manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall customer support processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customer needs.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
