In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional technical support and guidance on our products and services. Your expertise in troubleshooting and your ability to communicate clearly will be pivotal in enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues with a focus on achieving quick and effective solutions.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the support system.
• Educate customers on product features and assist with best practices for optimal usage.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in creating and improving Italian-language support documentation and resources.
• Check in with customers post-resolution to confirm continued satisfaction with our services.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills aimed at maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Familiarity with support software and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• A basic understanding of technology products and troubleshooting methods is beneficial.
