Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general information regarding technology solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to offer informed support.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge of the product lineup.

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical proficiency and an interest in technology products and services.
