Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products and services in Nordic languages.
• Provide clear and concise information about account management, transactions, and financial protocols.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving account discrepancies.
• Document client interactions and maintain organized records of communications.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about financial services and industry regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, nurturing positive client relationships.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English.
• Experience in customer service or support, ideally in the financial sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics simply.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools.
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and helping customers with financial inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
