Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Nordic-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance.
• Assess and identify client needs, dispatching services efficiently to meet those needs.
• Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure swift and effective service delivery.
• Document all customer interactions and service outcomes accurately.
• Continuously strive to improve service quality, enhancing the customer experience.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian).
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Must be based in Greece and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
