Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about DJI products via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Provide product support and information, guiding customers through their purchases.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and implement best practices.
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Stay updated on DJI products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
