Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking businesses.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record of achieving goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
