Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and respond swiftly to inappropriate content and user behavior.
• Generate reports on moderation activities for internal review and process improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to users to promote positive community interactions.
• Collaborate with the social media team to establish and fine-tune moderation policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and community needs to enhance moderation strategies.
• Assist in translating user feedback and moderation guidelines for clarity with Dutch-speaking users.

• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on delivering constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to spot behavioral patterns among users.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
