Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their fashion-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service strategies.
• Stay current with product knowledge and trending fashion items.
• Collect customer feedback to assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
