Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to French-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating the online shopping platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms and basic technology navigation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours in line with customer needs and peak shopping times.
