Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting needs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints with a focus on maintaining satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experiences.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Collect and report customer feedback to help improve processes and services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
