Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and general usage questions.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide guidance on product features and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product developments and changes in technology.

• Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology, including software and hardware systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
