Customer Service Representative

• This is a hybrid position
• Full Time: Thursday - Monday 10am-7pm PST
• The anticipated wage range for this position is $19 - $21 / hour

We are looking for people with a great personality and attitude that would like to help our customers as they begin to discover our best in class senior living communities. You will work out of our beautiful corporate office in Solana Beach while providing customer service via telephone and email. Don’t worry, this is not a telemarketing job!

• Previous experience working within a customer service role
• Excellent communication (especially listening), administrative and interpersonal skills are of great importance
• Knowledge of customer platform ticketing systems
• Good computer skills are required with a good knowledge of Microsoft package
• Be fluent in English and have an excellent standard of written and spoken communication
• Be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
• Good organisational abilities
• Ability to multi task and manage own time/projects
• An aspiration for continuous improvement
