Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that users have a positive experience while utilizing our products. Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Assist customers with software-related questions, problems, and troubleshooting.
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop materials to help clients understand our software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements to better assist our customers.
  • Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company values.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a financial or technical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial software or systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, to accommodate our customer base.
