Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and technical inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address more complex problems as necessary.
  • Educate customers about product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry advancements in technology.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including software applications and hardware systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and provide efficient solutions.
