Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues related to our products with efficiency.
• Assist customers in understanding product features, installations, and configurations.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues as needed.
• Provide advice and guidance on best practices to enhance customer usage of our products.
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements relevant to customer needs.

• Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
