Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese to e-cigarette users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and order tracking.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and thoroughly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on e-cigarette products, accessories, and best practices.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve product offerings and customer service processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the e-cigarette industry to better support customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably within the e-cigarette or consumer products industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of e-cigarette products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and helping others.
