Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding airline services and policies in Spanish.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, checking in, and changing reservations as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance during travel disruptions, including delays and cancellations.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
