Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and service updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s services and transportation industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate service resolutions and enhance customer support processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Proactively gather feedback to help improve services based on customer needs.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with transportation services and relevant industry practices.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
