Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers in need of roadside assistance.
• Assess customer inquiries and efficiently coordinate the necessary assistance.
• Maintain effective and courteous communication with clients throughout the service process.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure rapid and quality service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions and assistance provided for record-keeping.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for enhancement in service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote work environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a dedication to exceptional customer experience.
• Familiarity with automotive services or roadside assistance is advantageous.
• Must be based in Greece and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
