The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service. Your main responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
