Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient technical support in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, offering clear solutions and guidance.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and functionality to improve user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical inquiries.
  • Participate in the creation of support documentation and FAQs based on customer feedback.
  • Strive to create a positive and lasting relationship with customers through exceptional service.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
