Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding smart home devices in Italian.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to track issues and resolutions.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of smart home products to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of smart home technology and products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
